In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ug569 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to that subject matter.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ug569 enforces a strict 21+ policy for all Indonesian members in compliance with responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Members.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law and in which ug569 does not hold a valid licence to operate.
• You must not be a current or former employee of ug569, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, or any other entity directly connected to the Platform's operation.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded Account on the Platform. Creating a duplicate account to circumvent any restriction is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You must be acting in your personal capacity with your own funds, and not on behalf of any third party.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for ensuring that this information remains accurate at all times and must notify ug569 promptly of any changes via the account settings panel or by contacting support.

• All registration details must correspond to a real individual and must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify ug569 immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, accessed by an unauthorised party, or otherwise misused.
• ug569 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.
• Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any funds held within it to any other person.

ug569 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing any withdrawal request and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits beyond a specified threshold. This KYC process is a legal and regulatory compliance requirement and is non-negotiable.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo identification: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence — must be valid and clearly legible.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) is registered in your own name.
• Source of funds declaration: Where required by our compliance team, a written declaration or supporting documentation confirming the legitimate source of the funds deposited.

ug569 reserves the right to temporarily restrict Account functionality — including placing a hold on withdrawal requests — while KYC documents are under review. The standard review period is one to three business days. Members who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of request may have their Accounts suspended and any Real Money Funds returned to their original deposit source.

All deposits to your ug569 Account must be made via the supported Indonesian payment channels listed in the cashier section of the Platform. Currently supported methods include bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• The minimum deposit amount is stated within the cashier interface and is subject to change. Members should check the current minimum before initiating a transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be declined and returned.
• ug569 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ug569 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfer confirmations typically require one to ten minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours; e-wallet deposits are generally near-instant.
• ug569 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit, including documentation confirming that the funds originate from a legitimate source. Deposits suspected to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be declined and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks initiated by Members without valid grounds constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery proceedings.

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds may be requested at any time via the cashier section of the Platform, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a pre-verified alternative account registered in the Member's own name. No withdrawals will be made to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is stated in the cashier interface. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• ug569 aims to process withdrawal requests within 3 to 10 minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operating hours (24 hours, 7 days per week, WIB). Requests subject to additional review may take longer.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. ug569 does not guarantee specific processing times for large or complex withdrawal requests that require manual review.
• ug569 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be adjusted for VIP members.
• Any active Bonus Funds that have not yet met their Wagering Requirements will not be included in a withdrawal request. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting Wagering Requirements may result in the forfeiture of the applicable Bonus Funds.
• ug569 does not apply platform-side withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.

ug569 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms published on the applicable promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be staked on eligible games before any portion of the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the promotion terms. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may carry reduced or zero contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. ug569 is not obligated to provide prior notice of bonus expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in cancellation of the conflicting bonus.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active and Wagering Requirements have not been met, the maximum allowable bet per round or transaction is Rp 200.000 (two hundred thousand Rupiah), unless the specific promotion terms state a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: ug569 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, use of promotional accounts for systematic low-variance play, and collusion between Members. ug569 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected abuse, at its sole discretion.
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Where ug569 offers no-deposit bonuses or free spin awards, maximum withdrawal from such awards is capped as stated in the specific promotion terms, and are subject to all other conditions in this clause.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the product-specific rules published within each game, sportsbook market, or lottery draw interface. In the event of any conflict between those product rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ug569 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except where an obvious technical error by ug569 has been established and verified.
• Sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL fixtures, Champions League ties, and Timnas Indonesia internationals — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play settlement occurs upon the conclusion of the event or the specific market period, as applicable.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a return to be generated. If one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided (e.g., due to a match postponement), the voided selection will be treated as a single at odds of 1.00 (evens), and the remaining selections will stand.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, results are determined by the official draw outcome published by the designated draw operator at the scheduled draw time in WIB. ug569 bears no responsibility for any delays, errors, or corrections issued by external draw operators.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per market, and per event are stated within the relevant product interface. ug569 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual selection at its discretion, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a system, software, or communication error that affects the display or recording of odds, results, or payouts, ug569 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Account. This provision applies regardless of whether the Member has already been notified of a winning outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. ug569 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to forfeit any funds held in such an Account where permitted by applicable law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform on your behalf, including for the purposes of placing bets, playing games, or claiming bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, or undocumented features in any game or Platform functionality to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to immediate forfeiture.
• Colluding with other Members, employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share inside information regarding sporting events, or coordinate betting activity in a manner that creates an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information.
• Engaging in any form of bandar bola (illegal bookmaking) activity by accepting wagers from third parties using your ug569 Account.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with ug569's server infrastructure, databases, security systems, or network without authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting, or disseminating abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content through any communication channel provided by the Platform, including live chat and support tickets.

ug569 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we take our duty of care to those individuals seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members via their Account settings panel at no charge and without requiring support-team involvement:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in IDR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net-loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, further wagers are blocked for the remainder of the limit period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. An alert is displayed when the limit is approaching, and the session is automatically closed when it is reached.
• Reality Checks: Schedule periodic on-screen reminders displaying total session time and net win/loss figures.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, login is disabled and no deposits may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ug569.

Any unauthorised use of ug569's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ug569 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• ug569 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, viruses, or other technical faults at all times, though it uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a 99.9% uptime target.
• ug569 is not responsible for losses arising from delayed or failed transactions attributable to the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, internet service provider, or any other third-party service.
• ug569 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the Member's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including Account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.
• In any event, ug569's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.

ug569 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the agreement between you and ug569. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. ug569 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC service providers as required for compliance purposes.

ug569 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug569 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact ug569's support team in writing via the email address provided below. ug569 operates an internal complaints resolution procedure and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within 30 calendar days, the Member may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by ug569's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from the support team.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
